    Grilled and served directly from our authentic Binchotan Emberhaus, OLHSO’s Live Fire Menu celebrates the Korean art of Ros Gui: the tradition of searing thinly sliced meats over open flame for the purest expression of flavor and tenderness.

We ask for reservations to be made for our traditional at-table grilling experience, as grill-in tables are typically booked in advance.

In addition, we now offer a new menu of grilled plates,
separate and distinct from our table-side BBQ platters.

These dishes are prepared over live fire in our kitchen and served ready to enjoy at your table—and are available exclusively for walk—in guests.
