Since it’s pre-boiled, once the vegetables are cooked, lower the heat and enjoy to your preference.
2. Precautions:
• Do not cook on high heat for too long, as the clams will become tough. Quickly remove them and enjoy.
• If you need more broth, please ask the server for a refill.
• After finishing the clams, discard the shells and cook noodles in the broth.
• If you’d like more clams, ask before adding the noodles.
3. Final Tip:
Wash your hands with lemon water after touching clams, shrimp, or crab.
